Our mission at Baylock Elites Youth Football and Cheer are to develop elite football players and cheerleaders while empower youth confidence, strength, and life skills while having fun in a safe environment. The goals of the program are to develop a sense of achievement, leadership skills, determination, teamwork, and a positive self-image for all participants.
