The Dover Youth Football League, Inc. shall strive to provide a football program in affiliation with the Dover Recreation Department and as a feeder system for the Dover High School football programs, the main purpose of which shall be to teach the basic fundamentals of football and good sportsmanship to the youth of Dover and of the surrounding communities.
