MPAL brings together “Cops and Kids” and truly makes an effort to reach the most “at-risk” youth that may not have the resources or opportunity to participate in any other youth-based programs. MPAL leagues are no cost programs that allow for those families that don’t have the financial ability to otherwise get their kids involved with a youth organization. We provide comprehensive programs in a safe and supervised environment.
