Middle Country Youth Football is a youth football program serving the student atlletes of the Middle Country School District. We are not affiliated with the School District. We are co-ed, and offer 5-6 year old flag football, 7-8 year old 8 man rookie tackle football, and 9-12 year old tackle football.
