The Oak Forest Park District Flag Football League is a limited contact, non-tackle league that teaches the fundamentals of football while supporting that each participant plays hard and has fun! The league is comprised of youths ages 7-14, but not in high school. Our season starts in early August with practices and runs through mid November.
