OHAA goal and purpose is to extend, promote, develop, supervise, and voluntarily assist the youth in various sports, while stressing the importance of the teamwork, leadership, integrity, sportsmanship, and fair play. All board members, officers, and volunteers of the Association will be expected to emphasize the well-being and instruction of the youth participants as the first and overriding priority taking into consideration the health, welfare, and ability of each individual.
