She Rocks Flag FFL

She Rocks San Diego Flag Football League is a Flag football program dedicated to teaching young women the fundamentals of football and giving them the opportunity to compete on a local and national stage. We built our program out of frustration in traveling one hour to get our young ladies into all girl’s teams, although our girls have always played with boys there is another level of competition when playing against other girls.
