SYC Football serves youth players (ages 7-15) in the Springfield/Burke/Alexandria/Lorton areas in Northern Virginia. We compete in the Northern Virginia Youth Football League, the premier youth football league in the area, spanning Fairfax, Arlington, Loudoun an Prince William counties. SYC stresses the importance of fundamentals and player development, sportsmanship and safety. All coaches are 100% certified by USA Football and we emphasize the "Heads Up" training philosophy.
