Mid Hudson Valley Admirals is a 501(c)(3) youth non-profit organization located in the Town of Lagrange, County of Dutchess, State of New York. We offer a youth football and cheerleading program for ages 5-12. Our mission is to provide young athletes the opportunity to learn the values of teamwork, discipline, and commitment through football and cheerleading. We are committed to developing well rounded athletes who are prepared for success on and off the field.
